This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ugslot is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to contact ugslot's customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. ugslot will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days and to resolve them within 28 days of receipt. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, the seat of which shall be determined by ugslot acting reasonably.
Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights as may be recognised under Indonesian law to the extent such rights apply to your use of the Platform.
ugslot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
